We then cut out the outline making sure we had a blank piece of paper behind the one we were cutting so that we could make a horse's head that could be stapled together around the edges.  We left the bottom where the neck is open and inserted a wrapping tube in it.  Voila!  Our own horses to ride! We made a farm picture. In hindsight, laminating them for durability would have been wise.  If you desire to make the same, trace a dinosaur onto an overhead projector and make large stuffed dinosaurs out of wrapping paper. She tested her colours on another sheet to see if they would blend.  She was careful to draw her dog as the first layer before doing the background.  Texture was added to her dog but she grew tired of colouring it in at the end.
